From Idea to Impact – Community, Change, Impact

MicrosoftTeams-image (17) - EditedSince 2002, Tamarack has supported a cross-section of community-based organizations and collaboratives to increase their capacity and impact. In 2015, Tamarack launched its theory of change which included building leadership capacity across five interconnected practices including collaboration, community engagement, collaborative leadership, community innovation and evaluating impact.

Over the past ten years, over 500 organizations and collaborations have accessed Tamarack consulting and coaching services to deepen their perspectives, increase skills and access frameworks, tools and approaches which move their work from idea to impact.

The From Idea to Impact workshop is an opportunity for Tamarack partners to connect, build community, and share stories of change and impact.

To support our global partners, Tamarack is offering a virtual hub space where you can drop in, drop out, learn at your own pace, connect to resources designed specifically for the Idea to Impact session. The agenda is designed to be interactive, conversational, and content driven. We will be bringing forward emerging thinking from the field of community and systems impact. We will also invite you to share your perspectives, ideas, and insights as we collectively grow collaborative impact.

The curriculum for the From Idea to Impact workshop will be based on a renewed theory of change which identifies what it takes to drive community and system impact forward. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, the Tamarack team and key thought leaders will share their experiences and insights about place-based change. Together, we will explore the principles, skillsets, and ways of working which lead to community and systems impacts. During the workshop, participants will also share their experiences and strategies to drive forward deep and durable change.

The goals of this first-ever gathering are to:

1) Create a shared learning environment for Tamarack’s diverse network of consulting clients and partners

2) Inspire and advance thinking about Community and Systems Impact

3) Launch of the Community and Systems Impact Approach

4) Spotlight learning emerging from the consulting partners

5) Create deep connections between organizations to share resources and approaches

Plan now to join us. Deepen your perspectives, skills, knowledge, and insights about what it takes to strengthen your community and achieve impact.
