A Guided Journey in Reflection & Planning
In a fast-paced world, taking the time to reflect, rest, and plan intentionally is a radical act of care. This interactive workshop is designed to help participants create space for meaningful reflection, explore tools and structures for visioning, and cultivate a sense of collective care and accountability. Through guided activities, peer-to-peer learning, and collaborative visioning exercises, you’ll be equipped with practical strategies to navigate what rest, reflection, and goal-setting can look like in your personal or professional life.
This session prioritises interaction, inviting participants to actively engage with prompts, share insights, and explore the power of mutual support. With the use of workbooks, small group discussions, and creative exercises, you’ll be guided to design a vision that feels intentional and achievable. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a clearer path forward, supported by a community of peers and an accountability buddy to help sustain your plans.
Whether you’re seeking to map out the year ahead or simply carve out space to pause and reset, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to slow down, reflect deeply, and co-create a vision grounded in care and connection.
Language Considerations: The workshop will be conducted in English; however, the resources and activities will be bilingual in English and French, and one of the presenter’s is also bilingual in English and French and would be happy to receive questions in either official language.
