Conflict: A powerful Catalyst for Growth
We all encounter conflict in our personal and professional lives, and when it goes unaddressed, it can often create significant barriers to progress. Yet conflict can be a powerful catalyst for growth—if approached with curiosity and an open mindset. Conflict often emerges at the intersection of differing ideas, perspectives and goals of a collaboration.
This 2-part workshop series is designed to help leaders, people leaders, and collaborators shift their perspectives on conflict and build the tools necessary to navigate it effectively. Participants will explore how conflict, when embraced and managed thoughtfully, can strengthen trust, deepen connections and unlock innovative solutions. By fostering a mindset that views conflict as an opportunity for transformation, participants will gain the confidence to turn tension into dialogue, challenges into partnerships and roadblock into pathways for meaningful collaborations. Participants will leave the workshop with tools, resources and practices that they can turn to to better recognize and address conflicts in their collaborations.
