Over the course of two and a half days of interactive learning, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the phases of a Collective Impact effort; the 4 pillars of success and principles of practice needed to build a solid foundation for Collective Impact to thrive. CI Case Studies and examples will be used to inspire and illustrate the power of the 5 conditions of Collective Impact in Action. Participants will also be introduced to and have a chance to experience an array of facilitation tools that can be used to guide the creation of a robust Theory of Change and action plan to mobilize across sectors around a common agenda. Participants will also be encouraged to share their own experiences, insights and tools to create a rich peer learning experience.
