MODULE FIVE: The How Part 3 | Building Your Backbone Infrastructure
The module of the course defines a Backbone within a Collective Impact Initiative and unpacks its role and function. MODULE SIX: Exploring the 5 Phases of Collective Impact
This module offers learners a big-picture overview of a Collective Impact Initiative through its 5 phases of maturity. There are 4 “pillars of success” that, together create a strong foundation – and are always areas of focus – in the work of Collective Impact. However, the work of each pillar changes over time.
