**October 19, 2022 | 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET (8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. PT)**

This virtual event will convene Communities Ending Poverty (CEP) members to connect with each other, celebrate successes, and identify shared aspirations for the year ahead. We will brainstorm how Tamarack and CEP members can build equity and resilience as we shift policies and systems, and work collaboratively to end poverty in Canada.

## Agenda Highlights

- A deep dive into member successes through a collaborative [Outcome Harvesting](https://www.betterevaluation.org/en/plan/approach/outcome_harvesting) group exercise
- Interactive lunch networking opportunities for members to connect and reconnect with peers
- A coaching session that will provide practical tools that support leadership and financial sustainability
